MUMBAI: Manjyot Sandhu, the head of global syndication & marketing, is hanging up his boots at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (Zeel). Based in Dubai, Manjyot was with the organisation for eight years.  He announced his departure on linkedin over the weekend.

While thanking the management and his team he said: “I had the opportunity of growing Zee’s content licensing business to over 75 countries, in more than 15 languages across multiple platforms. This wouldn’t have been possible without my team. Thank you for believing in me and staying committed to what we set out to achieve.”

He added: “What started out as a professional mission became a personal one along the way—building long-lasting partnerships and friendships with amazing people around the world. To everyone who trusted my vision, shared in this growth, and helped elevate the Zee brand across continents—thank you.”

Manjyot announced that he would be taking the plunge into entrepreneurship and would make an announcement soon. So watch this space!
